Division 4 League Title
Ballyskenagh 1-8 ...... Killavilla 1-6
Ballyskenagh captured the Division 4 League title at the expense of Killavilla
in Shinrone on Sunday 17th November.
A good first half perfomance saw 'Skenagh build up a 1-5 to 0-2 lead by half time, but Killavilla fought back in the second half and scored three points without reply in the opening five minutes (two from frees) to narrow the gap to just three points. With five minutes to go, the gap was again five points, but a Killavilla goal at the end of normal time ensured an exciting finish, with 'Skenagh holding on to win by 1-8 to 1-6.

Ballyskenagh junior hurlers emerged victorious from their final group game in the Div. 4 League, when they defeated Killeigh/Raheen on Saturday evening 18th August in Killeigh.
Ballyskenagh started well, with their first score a Jimmy Whyte goal after six minutes. Thanks to points from Anthony Middleton and Kenny Franks (twice), they were 1-4 to 0-1 ahead mid way through the first half. Killeigh/Raheen then scored a fortuitous goal from a ’65 and added two further points before the half time break, with Timmy Hennessy adding a point for ‘Skenagh, to leave the half time score 1-4 to 1-3.
Six minutes after the resumption, a Killeigh/Raheen free levelled the scores. Points from Padraig Kennedy and Kenny Franks (from a free) opened the gap again before Killeigh/Raheen scored what was to be their last point of the game, from a free in the 15th minute.
