Ballyskenagh 4-8 ...... Ballinamere 0-6
The junior team recorded a good win over Ballinamere in Banagher on Sunday evening in their second outing of the championship. With just ten minutes gone, Ballyskenagh were ahead by 1-3 to no score, courtesy of Liam O'Toole (1-0), Kenny Franks (0-2) and Joey Murphy (0-1). Ballinamere put pushed forward several times, but the backs held well, while the forwards made the most of their chances and took some excellent scores. Having played with the breeze, Ballyskenagh were ahead at half time by 3-6 to 0-2. Ballinamere started well in the second half and made several attacks, but Ballyskenagh held firm and won on a final scoreline of 4-8 to 0-6.
