The team made it 4 out of 4 with a good win over Kinnitty . With the side already through to the semi finals they found it hard to get going and after a lack lustre first half performance led by 0-5 to 0-3.
An improved second half show saw the side add on a series of points and a well taken goal from sub Denis Egan sealed the issued before a defensive mix up let Kinnitty in for a late goal.

With a break of a month or so before the semi finals all players must now get down to serious training and a full turnout of each session is expected.
Well done to Bill Lalor and the Offaly minor team who qualified for the Leinster minor hurling final after a good 2-11 to 0-12 win over Dublin.
